MASTERSHIP AWARD, July 2003
Awarded to approximately 1000 dentists to date, members are required to obtain Fellowship status and earned 1,100 approved continuing education hours in all sixteen disciplines of dentistry.

FELLOWSHIP AWARD, August 2001
Awarded members must earn 500 approved continuing education credits, pass a comprehensive 400-question examination, and be a member for five continuous years.
